Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure front desk staff is familiar with hotel products and services.
• Handle guest issues courteously and efficiently to resolve problems.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure financial records, money handling and licensing reporting are accurate.
• Ensure VIP arrivals and special requests are pre-blocked in advance.
• Coordinate with other departments to share and follow up on guest and room information.
• Report items in need of repair.
