Crestview Management, LLC is seeking a motivated Front Desk Supervisor to oversee Front Desk operations, support the Front Desk team, and ensure exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment in Tampa, FL. You will coordinate with the Front Office Manager and other departments to maintain standards and smooth operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient front desk capable of handling guest inquiries and resolving issues

Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk, guest services, or hotel experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk operations during assigned shifts.
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures and guest requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
• Train and onboard new Front Desk team members and coach on service standards.
• Ensure proper cash-handling and Front Desk procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Desk area.
• Communicate important information to the Front Office Manager.
