Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk, Guest Services, or hospitality experience required.
• Experience with hotel procedures and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Desk operations during assigned shifts.
• Train, coach, and support Front Desk associates on procedures and brand standards.
• Assist onboarding new associates and provide performance feedback.
• Welcome guests and complete efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
• Support reservation management, room assignments, and rate accuracy.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism.
