Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to deliver outstanding guest experiences through check-in, stay, and check-out. You will handle reservations, provide information, and support daily Front Office operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, cash handling, and the ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and complete check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and hotel services to guests.
• Collect payments and post charges accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records, reports, and guest information.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
