Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead and develop the Front Office team at our Charlotte property. You will balance hands-on guest service with operational oversight to ensure smooth arrivals, stays, and departures.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Front Desk or guest services.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Desk operations during assigned shifts.
• Train, coach, and support Front Desk staff on procedures and service standards.
• Assist onboarding of new associates and provide performance feedback.
• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Support reservations, room assignments, and rate accuracy.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor cash handling, card transactions, and deposits.
• Doorman reports, front office logs, and shift documentation.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and leadership for smooth operations.
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and operational planning.
