Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to deliver outstanding service during check-in, stay, and check-out. The role emphasizes creating exceptional first and last impressions in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Ideal candidates will enjoy interacting with guests, solving problems, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily Front Office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn PMS.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions.
• Promote loyalty programs and guest rewards.
• Handle guest questions and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Maintain front desk records and shift reports.
• Keep lobby area clean and professional.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures.
