Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Baltimore. You will supervise the front desk to ensure excellent guest service, greet and register guests, verify reservations, and handle payments with accuracy.

You will train and coach the front desk team, resolve guest concerns promptly, promote the guest program, and help with check-ins/outs while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure an optimal level of service.
• Train, direct, and coach front desk team to ensure quality operation.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Greet guests and register them, verify reservations and payment.
• Assist with cash handling, deposits, and currency exchange.
• Promote the hotel’s guest programs and recognize members.
