Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in front desk/guest services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments for guest requests.
• Train and supervise front desk staff; enforce standards.
