The role involves interviewing and supervising front office staff, guiding processes, and maintaining service quality across shifts. A two-year degree or equivalent hospitality background is preferred, with varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interviewing and supervising front office associates.

• Train and grow front desk associates and maintain policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel properties and local attractions for guest assistance.
• Coach front office team to manage occupancy, guest service, and expenses.
