The ideal candidate has front desk experience, strong customer service focus, and the ability to train and develop staff.

Formación

• Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience.
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Front Office to ensure standards are met.
• Assist in interviewing and supervising Front Office Associates.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, verify billing, and handle reservations.
