Qualifications

• Two year college degree or equivalent Hospitality experience preferred.
• At least one year Front Office supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable with ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the Front Office department to meet standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Front Office staff.
• Develop departmental goals and objectives to prioritize work.
• Drive associate engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with direct reports and teams with respect.
• Oversee inventory of Front Office supplies and uniforms.
• Ensure staffing levels meet guest services and financial goals.
• Provide coaching and developmental plans to staff.
• Monitor budgets, payroll, and operating statements.
• Enforce credit and cash handling policies and monitor house counts.
• Ensure brand service culture and exceptional guest service.
• Greet VIPs and arrange for special services.
• Review daily Front Office reports and address issues promptly.
• Lead by example to manage occupancy, rates, wages, and expenses.
• Identify service issues and implement solutions for guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Perform other duties as needed.
