Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and guest interactions.
• Ability to communicate hotel services to guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure outstanding service.
• Train and coach front desk staff for quality operations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Complete check-in procedures and manage guest accounts.
• Handle cash, receipts and hotel charges accurately.
• Answer inquiries and upsell room nights to boost occupancy.
• Maintain guest relations with timely, knowledgeable responses.
• Operate PBX, schedule wake-up calls and paging.
• Maintain cash drawer and adhere to bank policies.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
