Sage Hospitality Group’s Embassy Suites Denver Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest services and ensure outstanding service across the hotel operation. You will supervise front desk activities, manage daily operations, monitor cash handling, and mentor team members.

Requires high school diploma and 2+ years in a supervisory front desk role or 4+ years front office experience; fluent English essential.

Qualifications

• Must understand all hotel front office procedures.
• Working knowledge of guest services and hotel operations.
• Experience with cash handling and basic math.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
