Job summary

Stonebridge Companies is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Aurora, CO to ensure smooth check-in/check-out and maintain accurate guest records. You will support front office operations, handle guest inquiries, payments, and reservations while delivering outstanding service.

Qualities include strong customer service, effective communication, cash handling, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hotel front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with property management systems and basic office software.
• Ability to handle cash and balance transactions.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests upon arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods for accommodation.
• Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts using PMS.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as balancing cash accounts.
• Issue room keys and provide instructions to bell attendants.
• Review accounts and charges with guests during check-out.
• Post charges for rooms, food, beverages, and services to ledgers.
