Job summary

Dublin AC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure top-tier guest service. You will direct front desk staff, maintain cleanliness and organization, and handle guest inquiries and payments in a courteous manner.

This role is largely a 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm) with weekend, holiday, and evening hours required. Prior supervisory experience is a plus and a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests, management and staff.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• One year of front desk supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of Front Desk operations following hotel standards.
• Direct and maintain a strong service and management philosophy for staff.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction; present folios and process payments.
