Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of Front Desk per hotel standards.
• Direct and maintain service and leadership for staff.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist staff and monitor cleanliness and organization.
• Present folios and process payments; follow policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
