Job summary

Invited is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, manage check-ins and reservations, and ensure a warm, professional guest experience. You will oversee staff, handle inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to deliver outstanding service.

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Director or Director of Rooms, you will train and schedule staff, monitor lobby standards, and generate reports on memberships and guest usage to drive club operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or front desk role with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk activities: check-ins, reservations, inquiries.
• Provide information about club amenities, services, and events.
• Train and schedule front desk staff to ensure top customer service.
