Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team in delivering a warm, memorable guest experience at our Scottsdale property. You will participate in hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision while ensuring service standards and effective communication across departments.

The role requires 1–2 years in a front desk supervisor role in a hotel or resort, with strong proficiency in property management systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading front desk teams in a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong guest and employee relations skills.
• Proficiency with property management systems and office software (Word/Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Front Desk management in ensuring transactions are completed per standards.
• Lead the front desk team to provide an exceptional guest experience, with coaching and training.
• Assist in creating action plans to improve departmental scores.
• Produce management reports on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Other projects as assigned by the General Manager or Front Desk Manager.
