Job summary

Aloft Scottsdale Front Desk Supervisor is sought to oversee daily desk operations, maximize revenues, and boost guest satisfaction. You will lead the front desk staff, ensure SOP/LSOP adherence, and train agents to deliver outstanding service at the property.

You will interview and develop team members, resolve guest issues, and maintain professional communication. This role requires English fluency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a busy hotel

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English and provide high-level guest service.
• Experience supervising front desk staff and coordinating shifts.
• Ability to handle cash, reservations, and guest inquiries accurately.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, and address issues.
• Respond to guest requests and group needs to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
• Supervise front desk operations to meet SOPs and LSOPs, drive revenue, and quality service.
• Oversee Guest Service Agents and ensure calm, effective handling of busy periods.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and assist with other duties as assigned.
• Communicate professionally and act as a role model for staff.
