Job summary

Valencia Hotel Group in College Station is seeking a Front Office leader to ensure maximum operating efficiency at Cavalry Court. The role involves supervising front desk operations, training staff, and maintaining service quality in a dynamic hotel environment.

The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and adherence to brand standards, with daily responsibilities spanning from guest check-in to coordinating with hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Hotel operations or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Relentlessly train and motivate customer service employees.
• Maintain integrity of cost controls and proper maintenance of assets.
• Assist in supervision and performance of all Front Office related operations and personnel.
• Work with Front Office Manager to monitor Front Office quality and costs.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Supervise Front desk and ensure five-diamond guest service.
