Qualifications

• Supervise Front Desk clerks, supervisors, and valet staff.
• Ensure accurate guest charges and balance reports at shift end.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on daily room status and status updates.
• Provide leadership and training to front desk team.
• Maintain SOP adherence and staff attendance as required.
