• Greets members and guests promptly to create a friendly entrance and departure.
• Provides security and control to the front door and retail area.
• Checks members in using proper check-in procedures.
• Answers phone professionally and routes inquiries to Fitness Consultants.
• Registers guests and handles inquiries with accurate documentation.
• Follows opening and closing procedures and attends staff meetings.
