Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly and manage front desk flow.
• Provide security and control of front door and retail area.
• Check members in using standard procedures and register guests.
• Monitor check-ins and notify supervisor of delinquent accounts.
• Direct guests to the appropriate fitness consultant.
• Answer phones professionally and log inquiries.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and document maintenance concerns.
• Assist with light cleaning and stocking as required.
