Optima Medical in Paradise, NV seeks a Front Desk Representative who is bilingual in Spanish to greet patients, verify insurance, and schedule appointments.

You will handle copays, collect balances, answer calls, and relay messages, with an emphasis on accuracy, empathy, and teamwork in a busy healthcare setting.

Requirements include at least 1 year in medical front office (preferred), 1 year customer service (required), EMR experience, excellent communication, and a HS diploma or GED.
