Job summary

Optima Medical in Arizona is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect copayments, and route messages while maintaining accurate records in our EMR system.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; prior medical front office and customer service experience are preferred, with a HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• 1 year medical front office experience preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience required.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with multitasking ability.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities
