Job summary

Optima Medical, a statewide Arizona medical group with 30 locations and 130+ providers, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join the team. You will verify insurance, collect copayments, answer calls, and schedule appointments to ensure smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in medical front office and customer service, with strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork. An HS diploma or GED is required, and EMR experience is a plus.

Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:

• 1yr Medical Front Office (Preferred)
• 1yr Customer services experience (Required)
