Job summary

Optima Medical, a Arizona-based medical group, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Mesa team. You will verify insurance coverage, collect copayments, answer phones, and help schedule appointments while maintaining accurate patient records in our EMR system.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of medical front office or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented, detail-focused mindset. High school diploma or GED is required.
