Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will manage front desk operations to ensure a positive and seamless patient experience, including check-in, scheduling, and basic data entry.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year in a medical office, strong communication skills, and a commitment to privacy and courteous service. This role supports a collaborative healthcare team at Mercy.
