Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will ensure a positive patient experience by managing front desk operations and workflows with a courteous and professional approach.

Requirements include a high school diploma and strong communication, data-entry, and customer service skills. Training in Clinic Core Front Desk will be provided post-hire, with duties performed on-site in Fort Smith, AR.

Qualifications
