Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments promptly.
• Verify insurance information and update patient demographics.
• Register new patients and explain practice policies, including no-show and financial policies.
• Schedule tests and procedures, obtain authorizations, and process referrals as needed.
• Manage cash drawer, post payments, and balance daily at close of business.
• Maintain and file documents, and ensure accurate entries in patient records.
