Strong communication, a high-volume service background, and accurate cash handling are essential. Bilingual candidates are encouraged depending on site needs; flexibility and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced service environments is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus depending on site location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Organize intake, appointments and coordinate patient flow.
• Enter and update patient information in the system accurately.
• Assist patients with paperwork as needed and ensure complete forms.
• Process medical insurance information and verify eligibility.
• Answer calls and inquiries promptly and politely.
• Handle cash and co-payments accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain professional communication with physicians, patients and staff.
• Inform site manager of waiting times and patient questions.
