MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and patient interactions. Training will be provided to learn optical industry specifics while delivering a best-in-class patient experience under the supervision of the Office General Manager.

Qualifications

• Front desk or customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure and deliver best-in-class service.
• Willingness to learn about insurance and scheduling processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience that creates a timely, seamless, and positive experience.
• Become a subject matter expert in insurance plans to verify and educate patients on options as they check in/out for appointments.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Be a multitasker by managing multiple phone lines, greeting patients and walk-ins, scheduling appointments and assisting office staff duties as needed.
• Cross-train to other office support roles such as Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians as needed by office.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide seamless patient experience.
