Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in healthcare or business preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations, patient scheduling, insurance processes, or similar administrative functions.
• Strong ability to work independently, multitask, and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients in a timely manner.
• Review provider schedules and ensure accuracy.
• Register patients in the EHR system and process referrals.
• Check patients in and out for appointments and coordinate follow-up care.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-ups; handle mail and routing.
