Responsibilities

• Process registrations, insurance verification, and appointment requests in EMR.
• Schedule appointments, telehealth visits, surgeries, and referrals using Epic Cadence.
• Collect copays and other point-of-service payments.
• Assist with MyChart activation and online check-in.
• Support patient flow, MyChart activation, and post-visit scheduling.
