Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits is preferred.
• Experience with patient payments and accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake and registration with accurate demographic and insurance data.
• Educate patients on payments, responsibilities, and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Track KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
