Athletico is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience. You will work closely with clinical teams and report to the Clinic Manager, with support from the Patient Experience Specialist (PES).

This full-time role requires coordinating with Billing and Clinical Operations, utilizing EMR systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume, patient-facing setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and data-entry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately complete patient intake and registration, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options, including the patient portal.
