This role reports directly to the Clinic Manager and collaborates closely with clinical teams, while receiving support from the Patient Experience Specialist.

• Experience with billing, insurance verification, and data entry.
• Knowledge of healthcare benefits and HIPAA compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience for patients.
• Complete patient intake/registration and verify demographics and insurance.
• Educate patients on payments and digital tools; collect time-of-service payments.
• Manage clinic scheduling workflows and monitor KPIs for registration, insurance verification, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Utilize EMR systems and dashboards to track outcomes and support improvements.
