MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to join our front desk team. You will play an essential role by coordinating check in/out and delivering a personalized patient experience while learning about the vision care industry through on-the-job training.

You will verify insurance options, assist with appointment confirmations, manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, and support office staff. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure while delivering best-in-class service
• Team player with a flexible, adaptable mindset and collaborative attitude
• Computer Savvy with basic office software knowledge

Responsabilités

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience
• Verify and educate patients on insurance options at check in/out
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments, assist office staff
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed (Eyewear Consultants, Optometric Technicians)
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
