You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and callers, delivering exceptional service and coordinating reception, scheduling and billing for therapy services.

Your role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and multitasking to help the clinic maintain a positive reputation and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of front office experience in medical setting.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Previous experience with medical software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties to ensure reception, scheduling and billing for PT services.
• Manage patient reception to ensure positive outcomes and contribute to treatment success.
• Develops a balanced schedule considering referral limits and insurance restrictions to maximize patient access.
