Consona, a premier plastic surgery and aesthetics practice in Delafield, WI, is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to be the first and last point of contact for patients.

You will greet patients, manage the schedule, handle phones, process payments, maintain records in the EMR, and support a smooth, on-site operation while upholding HIPAA and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year front desk or patient-facing customer service experience.
• Professional, warm, and composed in every interaction.
• Reliable and punctual with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly at check-in and check-out.
• Manage the daily schedule and waitlist.
• Answer inbound calls and messages with same-business-day response.
• Process patient payments and reconcile at day end.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR.
• Route clinical questions to the provider without delay.
• Ensure waiting area is clean, on-brand, and organized.
• Open and close the practice per SOP.
• Handle intake paperwork and consent documentation.
