Sono Bello is hiring a dynamic Consult Experience Specialist (CES) to be the first point of contact for patients at our Green Bay, WI location. This role offers training and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in aesthetics with opportunities to assist with consultations and administrative tasks.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, enter data accurately, and support sales efforts while maintaining a professional demeanor and exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical or aesthetic settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and ensure a seamless introduction to the office.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient's journey, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare deposits to ensure accurate data entry and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups, pre- and post-operative.
• Support cross-selling of additional services by preparing quotes and consent forms, as needed.
