Korman Plastic Surgery & Wunderbar MedSpa in Mountain View, CA, seeks a Front Desk Coordinator to deliver a warm, concierge-level patient experience and manage front-desk operations onsite.

You will welcome patients, check in/out, handle calls and scheduling, coordinate with providers, and maintain accurate, confidential records while supporting a collaborative team in a fast-paced aesthetics practice.

This full-time role offers a competitive $26–$28 hourly wage, paid time off, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, or luxury retail experience preferred.
• Experience with phone systems and appointment scheduling.
• Warm, outgoing, and professional communication style.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in plastic surgery, aesthetics, skincare, health, or wellness.
• Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or cosmetic procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, concierge-level experience for every patient.
• Welcome and check in patients while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient inquiries.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical teams to maintain efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient information and uphold confidentiality standards.
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized, polished, and welcoming.
• Educate patients on available services and connect them with the appropriate provider.
• Support administrative and operational needs while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
