Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; associate’s/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare operations, customer service, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front office daily activities for the practice location and ensure quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting and checking patients in/out.
• Handle scheduling needs, payments, billing questions, and portal inquiries.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to ensure appointment accuracy and smooth operation.
• Assist patients with telehealth access and Patient Portal issues; triage urgent requests as needed.
• Collect co-payments and balances at the time of service and verify insurance eligibility.
