Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones promptly and courteously; routes calls to appropriate area or person.
• Schedules and cancels appointments; registers patients and collects co-pays at check-in.
• Greets patients, verifies insurance information, and maintains accurate demographic data.
• Performs day-end tasks and supports front-desk operations in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
