Qualifications

• 2 year degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service by answering calls, greeting patients, providing information, and scheduling appointments.
• Registration & verification: complete patient registration, verify insurance eligibility, obtain precertifications when applicable.
• Billing & payments: collect and process payments as applicable.
