Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than one year of customer service or related experience.
• Experience in a receptionist position or medical front office preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required or eligible to obtain.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients or clients at the front desk.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance details.
• Process payments including copays and deductibles.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and assist RCM team as needed.
• Provide information on services and referrals.
