Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by creating a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Lead member onboarding, staff training, and performance coaching to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Drive sales, retention, and satisfaction by supporting membership goals and engagement strategies.
• Coach staff on sales techniques, conversions, gratuity, and referrals to improve performance.
• Organize member engagement events and ensure accurate reporting and billing updates.
• Conduct weekly leadership meetings to review performance and address challenges.
