You will lead daily member and team experiences, drive onboarding, sales, and retention, and support the General Manager in hitting membership goals. A growth-minded, people-first leader will thrive in this role.

You will coach staff on sales techniques, manage billing and reporting, and organize engaging member events to elevate club performance and member satisfaction.

Formación

• Leadership experience in operations or store/club management.
• Sales-driven and customer-service oriented with a track record of performance.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coach and motivate teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a welcoming, professional first impression for members and staff.
• Lead member sales, onboarding, and account management to boost engagement and revenue.
• Support retention through follow-ups and cancel-save efforts.
• Coach staff on sales techniques, conversions, and referrals.
• Plan and host member engagement events and club activities.
• Oversee billing, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Run weekly leadership meetings with club leaders to drive accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols across club operations.
• Review performance data to identify improvements and training needs.
• Support the General Manager in achieving membership targets.
