Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Operations Manager for the Parrish club to lead daily operations, welcome members, and energize the team from open to close.

You will drive member onboarding, sales performance, retention, and staff coaching while partnering with the General Manager to hit membership goals and deliver exceptional member experiences. This role also requires maintaining Crunch’s cleanliness and high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Open the club each day to start the guest experience.
• Lead onboarding and training for new members and staff.
• Drive member sales, onboarding, and engagement.
• Coach staff on sales techniques, conversions, and ACH enrollment.
• Review daily and monthly performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
