Job summary

The Crunch Fitness CR Fitness Holdings, LLC West Bradenton club is seeking a Front Desk Operations Manager who will lead daily member and team experiences with energy and accountability. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive membership sales, retention, and service excellence while coaching staff and ensuring smooth operations.

You’ll own onboarding, trainings, performance coaching, and the delivery of outstanding first impressions at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail environments.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for staff and members.
• Sales-focused with a customer-service mindset and results orientation.
• Attention to detail in billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, positive environment for members and staff.
• Drive member integration and sales by leading kickoff sessions and managing enrollments.
• Support retention with cancel-save activities and follow-up with members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Plan and execute member engagement events and community activities.
• Oversee billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and drive accountability.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and high gym standards.
• Analyze performance reports and implement improvement initiatives.
• Assist General Manager in achieving membership and revenue targets.
